Cass County QRF-487: Master Sgt. Bush is a member of a North Dakota National Guard quick response force team (QRF) responding to a request from a rural resident to the Cass County emergency operations center for sandbag assistance to create a flood levee barrier blocking rising overland flood water around the house. As of April 29 there are three Quick Reaction Forces (QRFs) which are available to respond in Cass County, Harwood, Davenport and Kindred.
